A low impact, full body workout that adapts traditional barre and Pilates for the pool. All levels.

Aqua Circuits & Intervals
A fast moving, total body workout to upbeat music alternating between weight training, cardiovascular endurance and timed interval exercises.

Aqua Fit
A full body, low-impact workout that uses the multi-directional resistance of water and tools to improve heart health, strength, balance, and flexibility.

Aqua Fire & Flow
Ignite your fitness with full body Tabata intervals in deep and shallow water followed by restorative Ai Chi breathing and relaxation.

Aqua Pilates
