Stretching and Flexibility Sessions

Ready to move better, recover faster, and feel your best?


Members can now book Stretching & Flexibility Sessions.

These one-on-one, 30-minute sessions will:

  • Improve your mobility

  • Expand your range of motion 

  • Reduce your muscle tension

  • Help you move with greater ease


Whether your goal is to compete, recover, or keep up with the grandkids, Stretching & Flexibility sessions ensure you feel great.

Working directly with Certified Stretching & Flexibility Coaches and Personal Trainers to meet your individual needs, your session may include:

  • Assisted stretching with a trainer

  • Guided self-stretching using bands or straps

  • Foam rolling and self-myofascial release

  • Targeted joint mobility exercises

  • Breathing and relaxation techniques


Packages are available in 6 – 48 sessions, across all training levels.
