Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be redeemed for service or retail products. We are unable to replace your gift certificate if lost or stolen. The Spa at RVC does not redeem gift certificates for cash. Gift certificates may be purchased at our Spa Desk or online.
Spa Packages
Don’t forget about our special spa packages, which include: Friends Forever, Bridal packages, Bachelorette parties, Teen Birthday parties and customized holiday packages for Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day, Christmas and our newly added 1/2 day Spa Package including: a light healthy lunch menu and complimentary glass of champagne.
Policies
- Spa guests are welcome to use our entire facility for no additional fee on the day of your service.
- Please arrive 15 minutes before your appointment,
- First-time clients are asked to fill out a brief questionnaire.
- Gratuity is not included in the cost of service.
- Please arrive early or on time for you appointment; spa services complete at the scheduled time.
- Reservations: Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. A credit card or gift card is required when making a reservation.
- Cancellations of less than 24-hours or no-shows will be charged at 100%.
- Pagers must be muted and cell phone use is not permitted in the spa.
