Gift Certificates

Gift certificates may be redeemed for service or retail products. We are unable to replace your gift certificate if lost or stolen. The Spa at RVC does not redeem gift certificates for cash. Gift certificates may be purchased at our Spa Desk or online at www.RiverValleyClub.com

Spa Packages

Don’t forget about our special spa packages, which include: Friends Forever, Bridal packages, Bachelorette parties, Teen Birthday parties and customized holiday packages for Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Valentines Day and Christmas.

Spa Policies

Spa Information As a guest of the Club, you are welcome to use our entire facility for no additional fee on the day of your service. To ensure that you receive the full length of your service, we recommend that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment. Paperwork for first time clients is collected at this time, and all spa guests may prepare for the spa experience. Gratuity is not included in the cost of service. We hope you enjoy your time with us!

Late Arrivals We regret that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled service times and will be responsible for full service fees.

Reservations Spa services are available by appointment on a daily basis. We recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. A credit card or gift card is required when making a reservation.

Guest Cancellation We request the courtesy of 24-hour cancellation notice for all spa services. Cancellations of less than 24-hours or no-shows will be charged at 100%.

Cell Phones & Pagers Out of consideration for all guests, please mute pagers. Cell phone use is not permitted in the spa.

Birthday Special If it if your birthday month, book an appointment at the Spa and receive 10% any service!
