The best part about working as a personal trainer is the people I come in contact with on a daily basis and the influence I have on them to live a healthy life. I encourage my clients to do their best and be consistent. I currently work with a wide range of clientele: high school and college athletes looking to take their games to the next level, the general population looking to improve their fitness levels and health, and clients that have specific physical issues and injuries. As the head of the transition program here at RVC I meet with people transitioning out of Physical Therapy and help with their bio-mechanical concerns including ankle, knee, hip, shoulder and spine issues. I am personally motivated to live a fit lifestyle so I can continue to participate in the many outdoor activities I enjoy such as fishing, hunting, snowmobiling, softball, basketball, and hiking. I’m looking forward to pursuing these interests with my son as he grows up. With a good-natured and positive attitude I have the confidence to train all ability levels and the knowledge to improve people’s well being.
