Personal Trainers – Marco Day

Marco began his career in fitness with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science from Lyndon State College. While at Lyndon he trained students, faculty and members of the community. He is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Marco enjoys working with clients of all ages and interests whether you have never been to a gym before or are looking to start a new and exciting program.
As an avid canoeist, hiker, snowboarder and soccer player; he understands the importance of using the gym to improve performance and enjoyment out on the field. He is very dedicated to learning his client’s goals; and will do everything he can to help them reach their full potential. With his fun loving personality and motivating approach to exercise, he is a great fit for anyone interested in personal training.
