“According to my doctor, my bone density and osteoporosis has improved incredibly. I feel better, stronger, and more flexible. Personal training at the River Valley Club with Claudia has been a valuable experience for me in so many ways. It was definitely a good decision for me and I’d really recommend it to anyone who wants to challenge their health and their body for the better.” -Judy Brown

“Frankly, I feel terrific, better than I ever thought I would feel again in my life! I have lost weight and gained strength; I sleep better and my stress levels are lower… In the two years I’ve been working with Scott, he’s become more than just my trainer. He is a friend, too…” -Tom Clifford

“Ever since the birth of my son over two years ago, I’ve had a debilitating chronic pain issue with my SI joint and pelvic floor… After nine months with Chris my quality of life has improved dramatically. My pain is intermittent and steadily decreasing. The functional training approach using range of motion is phenomenal. I can’t rave enough about the dramatic results from this program.” -Debrorah Van Paassen
