Rapid Fat Loss Program
We had such success with the Rapid Fat Loss program that we are going to run it again! Fifteen people signed up and every one of them lost weight.
The average participant lost 13lbs. of fat, gained 4lbs of lean body mass, and saw a total decrease of 10 inches across seven measurement sites. They accomplished this by consuming more food and some actually decreased their time in the gym! The RFL program is an all-inclusive, surpervised diet program: you get a 28-day diet and cardio and reistance training workouts.

Project RFL is an aggressive, no nonsense, 28-day exercise program and diet. The goal of the program is to safely lose weight and get lean for the summer months. Let's face it, it's summer and you are nowhere near as fit as you want to be.
Project RFL is offered in either a small group setting (2-3 people) or on an individual basis. It is a six-day/week workout with three days of cardio exercise and three days of weightlifting and performing circuits. All workouts are performed under the supervision of an RVC trainer. There is no guesswork for the client: just show up and do your best!
Given the intensity of the 28-day program, groups will be formed based on availability. Once established, we will use the same times for every workout throughout the entire 28 days.

This program is for serious people only! This diet is aggressive, but it is safe. You can get great results from a controlled diet coupled with intense exercise. My goal is that you are never hungry, and that you burn the most fat possible in a short period of time.
Anyone interested in the Project RFL must meet with a trainer affiliated with the program for an enterance interview. Given the intensity of the program and diet, people with certain dietary restrictions (vegetarians, people allergic to common foods, i.e. dairy, nuts, eggs, etc.) and certain health restrictions (judged on a case by case basis) cannot join the project.
