Workout Description:
Our low coach-to-client ratio enables us to instruct and supervise every aspect of an athlete’s workout, from warm-up to cool-down.
The first half of every workout focuses on improving your ability to move; during this time we focus on the following:
• General athleticism and conditioning
• Speed development (linear and lateral)
• Functional flexibility
• Proper movement mechanics
• Core strength
• Explosive power
• Agility, coordination and reactive ability (acceleration and deceleration)
• Injury reduction/prevention
• Balance and core stabilization
The second half of each workout will focus on training to improve an athlete’s performance in competitive or recreational sports:
• Strength and endurance training
• Strong focus on basic and correct exercise technique
• Each athlete follow a progressive exercise routine (progressively more challenging once basic techniques have been mastered)
