River Valley Club has 90 classes a week with an amazing variety to choose from. All free when you are a member at RVC! Whether you are an early bird or night owl? Our classes are available from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm with a variety of levels for any age group and ability. Old or young come join the fun at RVC?

Kripalu and Iyengar Yoga: Both to enhance flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, concentration and stamina. Yoga is a fantastic stress reducer.

Pilates Mat: Learn the Pilates fundamentals. The Pilates program emphasizes the core muscles improving posture and easing strain on the spine. This class may incorporate special equipment such as fitness circles, flex bands or body bars.

Senior Fitness: A 60-minute class combining light aerobic conditioning, strength training, range of motion and flexibility.

AB Class: A 15-minute abdominal blast. Right on the fitness floor, join us to enhance your abdominal workout.

Complete Conditioning: A challenging class designed to strengthen all major muscle groups using hand weights, stability balls, body bars and elastic tubing with a portion devoted to abdominal work.

Flex Appeal: Incorporating strength training with body bars and weights. Using lightweights and high repetitions to choreographed music. Focusing on all major muscle groups.

Step: A low impact, high-intensity choreographed workout designed for all fitness levels using the Reebok step. This over all challenging workout includes strength training exercises and stretching.

Step/Strength: An intermediate to advanced workout on the Reebok step. For individuals seeking a high-energy, motivating step class incorporating strength training and an abdominal workout.

Pump-n-Step: An intermediate to advanced, high-energy step workout incorporating intervals of strength training, this class will finish with abs and a relaxing stretch.

Step Interval: A 75-minute workout starts with a warm-up/stretch, incorporating an intense cardio step alternating with intervals of plyometrics both on and off the step; strength training using dumbbells/elastic tubing, stability balls and body bars; finish with abdominal.

Power Step: This is an intermediate to advance, high-energy workout using the Reebok step. Participants will be encouraged to work at an anaerobic level for 60 seconds. Followed by a 3-minute aerobic recovery. This class will include eight power intervals for an energizing cardiovascular workout. Class will conclude with abs and stretching.

Ultimate Step: This is an intermediate to advanced, high-energy workout using the Reebok step followed by strength training and an abdominal workout. Perfect for those individuals who want to increase their cardiovascular, strength endurance and burn calories.

Kick Boxing: A choreographed routine set to music involving all major muscle groups with punching and kicking. Great over all toning.

Gentle Yoga: Kripalu Yoga class focusing on breathing, leading your body naturally into a variety of stretches. This class moves a little slower and at gentle paces, but still a wonderful stretch.

Yoga for Athletes: Iyengar Yoga class focusing on specific tight areas common to athletes such as hips, hamstrings and back. A great workout for skiers, golfers, swimmers, climbers, weight lifters or any sport where you use muscles repetitively.

Yoga Moves: An introduction to Yoga incorporating Yoga like stretching and balance exercises. Great for everyone!

Power Hi/Low: Combinations of high and low impact aerobics.

Boot Camp: No boots required! A variety of high and low impact sports conditioning moves incorporating cardio intense plyometrics, abdominal attack and total body strengthening.
