Aquatics/Swimming

River Valley Club is the Upper Valley's finest swimming facility. We have three swimming pools; outdoor recreation, indoor therapy and indoor lap. We offer private adult and children's swim lessons, Arthritis swim class, aqua aerobics, toddler class, family swim and a supervised children's swim program.

There is a cold plunge and co-ed whirlpool in the aquatic center. The average pool temperatures are; cold plunge, 58 , Therapy, 86 , Recreational, 82 , Lap, 80 . The lap pool is twenty-five yards with three lanes for slow, medium and fast swimming.
