All of our Therapists and Estheticians are fully licensed according to New Hampshire law. We are regularly visited by State and Federal inspectors to ensure that your treatments are of the highest possible quality.

Cancellation Policy

We hope you will not have to cancel your Spa appointments. Please note that cancellations made within less than 24 hours notice will be subject to 50% of the total treatment cost. Cancellations made less than four hours notice will be subject to full treatment cost.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please understand your service will start and end on time so that our next guest will not be inconvenienced.

If you are not a member of the River Valley Club, you will be asked for a credit card to reserve your appointment.

Massage

Swedish
Long strokes and gentle kneading of the outer layers of muscle tissue with oils reduce stress and improve circulation. 25/50/80 Min

Deep Tissue *
Targeted manipulation of the deepest layers of muscles releases specific problem muscle groups and eases tension in overstressed areas. 25/50/80 Min

Warm Stone Massage*
Smooth, rounded, heated stones are used as a massage medium for relaxation. The warmth of the stones enhances the relaxing effects of the pressure. 50/80 Min

Craniosacral
A soft and non-invasive massage in which the therapist works to relieve imbalances in the cerebrospinal fluid helping to alleviate issues such as TMJ, headaches and other stress related issues. 25/50 Min

Lomi Lomi Massage*
Hawaiian in origin, this treatment applies gentle and vigorous strokes to ease muscle pain, increase circulation, and promote relaxation. 80 Min

Pregnancy
Soothes mother-to-be and baby with gentle massage to reduce stress and increase circulation, all while promoting deep relaxation. Please consult your physician before making an appointment. 50 Min

Foot Reflexology
Pressure is applied to the reflex points of the feet and/or hands to improve circulation, relieve stress and promote relaxation. 45 Min

Sports Massage
Fully clothed, quick vigorous strokes to prepare muscles for exercise or relax them after your workout. 20 Min
