Fitness Consultation
Joining a health club can be an overwhelming experience. There are so many different classes, types of equipment and exercises. Which ones are right for you? At the River Valley Club, our staff feel passionately about starting you off on the right foot.
We begin this process by providing our members with a Fitness Consultation. You will spend 90 minutes with one of our fitness consultants, who evaluate your individual needs through health history, body composition, circumference measurements and moderate cardiovascular and strength endurance testing. Your results are then analyzed through our Profitness software to produce a comprehensive prescription which will accurately document your fitness levels. This prescription is used by our consultants and personal trainers to help customize a fitness program for you, based on your individual needs, and to track your progress throughout your program. For more information on the Fitness Consultation process, please visit Profitness .
