Pilates on the go

The Pilates instructors will be hosting a “Pilates on the go” class on June 9th from 8:30-9:45am. In this class, they will show you how to keep up with your Pilates workouts while traveling! Each participant will be provided with a work out booklet, a Theraband and individual one-on-one attention. The prices are as follows: $20/members and $26/non-members. CrossFit Updates

Beginning this month we will be offering a CrossFit unlimited pass to members. Unlimited passes are $100/month and allow you to attend an unlimited number of classes. Additionally, there are price adjustments on the punch cards:

-Member punch card: $120

-Non-member punch card: $200 (or they may pay a drop-in fee of $25/class)
