RWL WILL GIVE YOU:

  • Total body conditioning from a certified personal trainer
  • Group workouts that are fun and motivating, incorporating in circuits for varied fitness levels and ages
  • Helpful nutritional and caloric information and guidance*
  • Initial and final weigh-in, body fat analysis and measurements along with weekly weigh-ins to track your progress*
  • The confidence and knowledge to maintain a healthy fitness and nutritional regime after program completion

PROGRAM DETAILS:
RWL is a 3-level membership program focused around weight-loss and nutrition in a group environment. You select the level that works best for you and the results you wish to achieve. If you follow the course regiment, you will walk away from the program with nutritional and fitness goals you can design, track, and maintain with success.

Classes meet three times per week for one hour with a certified personal trainer. Expectations include 45 minutes of vigorous cardiovascular activity per day (minus an hour on class days) with a recovery day. Calorie goals must be met on a daily basis for best results, therefore a food journal must be maintained and will be evaluated by your trainer without notice.

A realistic goal of the program is to lose 1-3 pounds per week. Individual results vary depending on your level of commitment. If you work hard, you will get great results.

LEVEL 1 (BASIC MEMBERSHIP)
At this level, you are able to attend classes at a lower rate of $15 per class. This membership level does not include nutritional guidance. Pay as you attend, or purchase a punch card. You can purchase up to 18 classes on a punch card or fewer, but the card will expire 6 weeks after purchase.

LEVEL 2 (ADVANCED MEMBERSHIP)
Level 2 is our standard membership for RWL. You will receive nutritional and caloric guidance including an RWL book and food journal. You will also be required to participate in weigh-ins, body fat testing and measurements. This level is $360 for members and $468 for non-members.

LEVEL 3 (ULTIMATE GET FIT MEMBERSHIP)
At this level you receive the same benefits associated with Level 2, but along with nutritional guidance, you will be coached by health and nutrition consultant, doctor, and founder of Self-Ren You, Laleh Talebian, PhD. Laleh will also provide an exclusive nutritional seminar on Saturday, March 2nd from 12pm-2pm for all Level 3 participants. Cost for this program is $570 for members and non-members.
