It’s time for our January Game On program! Learn to successfully implement six healthy habits in a motivational, competitive team setting. It’s easy! The more healthy rules you follow, the more points you get. Winners get $50 club cash!

WHAT IS IT? Game On is set up with teams of 8-12 people competing for points. A trainer is designated as the scorekeeper, captain and motivator for each team.
HOW DO YOU EARN POINTS? Points are given out based on the following categories: meals, exercise, water, sleep, communication, transformation and bonus points. Each category is worth a certain number of points, for example, exercise is worth 25 points per day. Points are tracked daily, added up throughout the week and turned into the trainer. The trainer tallies everyone’s points to determine the total, which is then compared to other teams’ totals (there are also penalties you can get that will deduct points from your score…watch out!).
WHO CAN PLAY? Members and non-members are both welcome to participate…the more the merrier! Create your own team or sign up to be placed on a team at random (we will do our best to accommodate requests).
WHAT IS THE COST AND TIME FRAME? Registration is $40 for members and $80 for non-members. Registration closes on Wednesday, January 16th. The program runs January 21st to February 18th. For more info and to sign up, please see the front desk. Payment is due at time of registration.
