The Pilates Department is excited to announce that the Monday at 5:30 class will change to a Pilates at the Barre Class (Intermediate levels) with Grace. This class combines the grace and flexibility of dance with the strength and sculpting of Pilates.
The Tuesday at 9am Active Aging Class will change to a Pilates Spine and More with Adrienne as the instructor (All levels).
The Tuesday Noon Mat Class will now be a Pilates Sports Performance class with Cindy. The Pilates Sports Performance Class applies the Pilates Method to athletic conditioning and will enhance performance and confidence, increase range of motion and prevent injuries (Intermediate levels).
