Lose and Gain is a FREE program for members. All you need to do to enroll is see Lindsay so that she can put you onto the list and enter your starting weight. You will receive a card with your initial weight and space for your final weight. When you are ready to be weighed for the last time Lindsay will weigh you and write the number of pounds lost on your card so that you can go to participating retailers and get your discount! SPC Summer Camp Details Available
Tuesday, March 29th, 2011Sports Performance Center Camp Dates are here! Camp starts Monday, June 20 and goes through the week of Aug. 12. Sign your child up for either morning (10am-12pm) or afternoon (4pm-6pm) sessions. The cost is $150/week per athlete. Discounts are available for those who have a RVC Sports Performance Pass.
