Saturday, February 26th, 2011Are you ready to Lose Big? This 6-week program beginning March 15 combines both educational seminars with trainer-led workouts to get you started on the road to success. RVC Spin-A-Thon
Saturday, February 26th, 2011Get ready to ride…the RVC’s 4-hour Spin-A-Thon will take place on Saturday, March 26 from 9am-1pm. All proceeds from this year’s Spin-A-Thon will benefit the Lucy MacKenzie Humane Society. Space is limited so make sure to sign up quickly! Contact Jen Muzzey with questions or to reserve your spot.
Tai Chi with Dr. Lu
Saturday, February 26th, 2011Tai Chi with Dr. Lu is back at the River Valley Club beginning March 2! The course is 10 weeks and costs $100 for members and non-members. Please sign up at the Front Desk by Feb. 28 to reserve your spot!

Pilates Class Changes and Additions
Tuesday, February 22nd, 2011The Pilates Department is excited to announce that the Monday at 5:30 class will change to a Pilates at the Barre Class (Intermediate levels) with Grace. This class combines the grace and flexibility of dance with the strength and sculpting of Pilates.
The Tuesday at 9am Active Aging Class will change to a Pilates Spine and More with Adrienne as the instructor (All levels).
The Tuesday Noon Mat Class will now be a Pilates Sports Performance class with Cindy. The Pilates Sports Performance Class applies the Pilates Method to athletic conditioning and will enhance performance and confidence, increase range of motion and prevent injuries (Intermediate levels).
