Tai Chi class with Dr. Lu is back at the RVC.  The class will take place on Mondays from 12-1PM in the Yoga Studio.  It is a 10-week program starting Oct. 4 and ending Dec. 6.  The cost for this program is: $100/members and $130/non-members.  Registration is at the Front Desk.

**Tai Chi alums from the previous session will receive a 10% discount.

Circuit Breaker is Back

Circuit Breaker is back starting Sept. 21.!  Classes will take place Tuesdays from 9am-10am. Prices: $15/member and $20/non-member.  Punchcards are available for 20 sessions  ($260/member and $300/non-member).

*Challenge: the person who attends the most classes by December (final date to be determined) will receive 3 free personal training sessions.

Move-A-Thon at RVC

Beginning October 1 and lasting the month of October, the RVC will be hosting a Move-A-Thon to benefit the Norris Cotton Cancer Center.  Participation is open to the entire Upper Valley Community.

Participants will collect donations (a minimum of $100 is needed) throughout the month.  Prizes will be given out based on the amount of money raised!  Non-members will be able to join the club for the month of October for $25 and can fund-raise the remaining $75.
