Personal Trainers Ryan Jennings and Tara Ebejer will be conducting outdoor bootcamps (rain or shine!) at various locations throughout the Upper Valley this summer. The boot camp will be held at every Saturday from 8-9am beginning June 26th. This program is open to the public. We encourage all participants interested to pre-register. The cost is $20 per class or $120 for all six weeks. Day of class participants are welcome, however, we recommend you contact RVC to ensure that the class has enough participants enrolled to run.
Participants should bring a beach towel and water bottle to class. For convenience, there will be a Red Cross Certified Babysitter available on site for all parents so there is really no excuses not to attend! Need more information? Contact Tara at ext. 162 or email TaraEbejer@Comcast.net.
