Training for the Prouty?

RVC is opening their doors to ALL riders training for the Prouty. You do not have to be a member to come take advantage of our great group Spinning classes. Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of class and bring your Prouty registration form to show to our front desk staff.  See our Group Exercise schedule for a list of days and times when these classes are offered. TRX Pilates Core Stability Class

With Pilates Instructor Amy Kennedy. Class begins May 5th-June 9th. Classes are held every Wednesday from 12-1PM for 6 weeks. Only 4 spaces available. Sign up at the front desk or contact the Pilates Office with questions at ext. 199. Fee: $90 members/$117 non-members.

Barefoot Running Workshop

Learn how to run barefoot safely and gently. Here’s your chance! Jim Paisner of the Metro Boston Barefoot Runners Group, whose members have been running barefoot on area roads for over 13 years, are hosting a FREE workshop at the RVC on Thursday, April 29th at 5:30pm. If you are new to barefoot running or have some experience and want to ensure that your technique is both correct and safe, then this workshop is for you!
