The River Valley Club will be hosting a Lose Big Challenge for everyone in the community to participant in! The Lose Big Challenge was created to be an affordable six-week education and fitness program for members of our community. It has been designed to provide participants with the knowledge on how to successfully lose and/or maintain weight and achieve personal fitness goals. The program will begin Monday, March 8th – Friday, April 16th.
Each week, there will be a seminar and a fitness class for our Lose Big participants. Weekly weigh-ins are scheduled to keep participants on the right track and accountable throughout the six weeks. In addition, body fat and measurements will be taken during week 1 and week 6 of the program. Before and after pictures are recommended, but optional.
Seminars will be between 30 and 40 minutes in length with time set aside for Q&A as well as 1 on 1 meetings. They will be held from 12:10-1:00pm every Monday. Our fitness classes are 1-hour in length and are held at 12pm every Wednesday.
A winner will be announced at the end of the six weeks which will be determined by amount of weight lost. The winner will receive a three month membership as well as a complimentary spa service and makeover!
Non-members participating in the program will have full member access to the club for 6 weeks. The fee for this program is $75 for members and $125 for non-members.
