Don’t get lazy with the shorter days and colder nights! We are now offering a variety of winter programming for both members and non-members. Rapid Weight Loss class starts Monday, November 2. Winter Sports Conditioning is an on-going program with Strength Coach Scott Caulified to get you ready for the slopes this December. A Pre and Post Natal class for Mom’s To Be will start Tuesday, November 17th. A new group swim lesson session for children starts Thursday, November 5th.
