Group Swim Lessons for Children

Lose Big Challenge
February 16th, 2010 in UncategorizedThe River Valley Club will be hosting a Lose Big Challenge for everyone in the community to participant in! The Lose Big Challenge was created to be an affordable six-week education and fitness program for members of our community. It has been designed to provide participants with the knowledge on how to successfully lose and/or maintain weight and achieve personal fitness goals. The program will begin Monday, March 8th – Friday, April 16th.
Singles Mixer – A workout date to meet your mate!
