We’re incredibly proud to announce we raised over $7,000 for the CrossFit Burpees for Belle fundraiser!!!!!! Nearly 100 participants, volunteers and spectators showed up for a grueling 20-minute workout, all for a wonderful cause.
The daughter of a friend of RVC and female Strongman competitor, two-year old Belle was diagnosed with Leukemia on Christmas 2012.
Thank you to all who attended, participated, and donated to the cause! It was a beautiful day (a wee bit toasty) to do the WOD, consisting of a 200 meter run followed by 20 burpees (of course) for as many rounds as possible in a 20 minute time period. People worked hard for Belle and it was so worth it.
On the one year anniversary of CrossFitRVC, it was fitting that “Burpees for Belle” be the inaugural event for our community. CLICK HERE to see photos from the event.

We’ve added a new BodyPump class time! Join us on Wednesdays from 8:30am-9:30am with our new instructor, Kelly Arlington. She will also be teaching Thursday’s 5:30pm and Sunday’s 9:15am BodyPump classes. Be sure to welcome Kelly to the RVC family!
